  6. Consultations: Completed consultation sessions are generally non-refundable.
  7. Milestones: If your project is milestone-based, completed milestones are non-refundable.
  8. Client delays: Refunds may be denied if delays are caused by missing information, approvals, or access from the client.
  9. Chargebacks: Please contact us first; unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension.
